(“the Firm”) accepts all major credit cards for the payment of invoices and/or retainers. To offer this service, we have partnered with Slim CD, Inc., a credit card processing provider.

Slim CD, Inc. uses strict security protocols to ensure that your credit card transactions are secure.

The Firm does not accept or transmit wire transfers and will never request that clients send funds by wire transfer or provide wire transfer instructions. If you receive any communication requesting payment by wire transfer or advising that the Firm’s payment instructions, banking information, or payment methods have changed, do not respond or send funds. Instead, contact our main office number immediately to verify the communication.

Submitting a payment to our office without prior authorization does not create an attorney/client relationship. The only way to secure legal representation with the Firm is through an executed Attorney Fee Contract.
