Insightful Crisis Response and Mental Health Podcast with Guest Troy Siewert

When an individual struggles with mental health concerns, a crisis situation may become even more overwhelming for all parties involved.

Retired police officer Troy Siewert dedicated the last seven years of his law enforcement career as a Crisis Intervention Team trainer.  Siewert worked with numerous police departments, first responders, local hospitals, mental health providers, and other organizations to educate and create a resource network to build a streamlined crisis response network.

After his recent retirement as a police officer, Troy Siewert wanted to continue his passion for raising awareness for mental health and crisis response and has formed Insightful Crisis Response, LLC. to continue his educational mission.

The organization works to educate both the community and law enforcement and/or first responders to be able to recognize and respond to a mental health situation and how to interact together to get the individual help and treatment.  By training and collaborating with the community, professional organizations, and other local resources, the goal of Insightful Crisis Response, LLC is to create a synergy of awareness, compassion, assistance, and understanding to help alleviate crisis situations.
