Stephanie Goode is a Receptionist and Legal Assistant at Sterk Family Law Group, P.C. Stephanie helps ensure every client and visitor feels comfortable and supported from the moment they contact our office.

Stephanie manages incoming calls, coordinates appointments, and helps direct client questions to the appropriate team members. She also assists with day-to-day office operations, document handling, and administrative support for the legal team, helping keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. Her strong organizational skills and ability to connect with people allow her to provide support and a positive client experience.

Stephanie joined Sterk Family Law Group, P.C. in 2026.

Why did you choose to work in Family Law?

I have always had a passion for children and families. I believe they are the most important foundation we have. Family law allows me to be part of helping people navigate some of the most difficult seasons in their lives. I want to help people pick up the broken pieces and move forward in a healthier, stronger way. I also value the importance of estate planning. After experiencing the loss of my father, I saw firsthand how crucial it is to be prepared and have things in order for your family.

What is your greatest fulfillment in working in family law?

I believe it will be seeing people come through difficult situations with clarity, strength, and a fresh start. Being able to support families during those moments and knowing I played a part in helping them move forward will be very fulfilling. 

How do you get away from stress and separate your work from your home life?

I stay very active in my church community. I volunteer in several ministries and enjoy serving others. I also create content on social media where I encourage women in areas like personal growth and preparing for marriage. It helps me stay grounded and focused on what matters most. 

Who is your hero?
My former pastor. He continues to move forward no matter what obstacles come his way. He leads with character, honesty, and integrity. That is how I strive to live my life as well.

What is your favorite quote?

“The outcome of your life is determined by the people you surround yourself with.” 

What do you do in your spare time?

I enjoy creating content for my social media platforms and finding ways to encourage and uplift others. 

What is your favorite holiday and why?

Christmas. I love the spirit of giving, spending time with family, and reflecting on the deeper spiritual meaning of the season. It is a time that brings people together and reminds us of what truly matters. 

If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?

A lion. It represents strength, courage, and confidence. Those are qualities I value and try to carry into both my personal life and my work.
