Why did you choose to  work in family law?

I chose to work in family law because I like to alleviate the stress individuals experience when getting divorced. Typically, it is a difficult experience for individuals, and I try ease their stress with the challenges they face when they do not necessarily know the process of divorce.  I often use my own life experience when speaking with clients to help them through the process.

What is your greatest fulfillment in working in family law?

Easing the clients through the divorce process and making them as comfortable as possible so they may move forward.

Who is your hero?

My two boys are my heroes.  Together as a family I have learned that no matter what happens, we can push right through it.  They have taught me to be strong and focus on what really matters in life. 

What is your favorite quote?

The Serenity Prayer: God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change. The courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.

 The entire team approach in the office. The entire staff is extremely helpful as an employee and also remembers why we are here; it is for the clients.

What is your favorite holiday and why?

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because it is a day we can enjoy being around family and feasting without the stress.

If you could be any animal, what would you be and why?

My zodiac sign is a lion, and I believe I can be strong, courageous and a leader no matter what challenges I face.
